SV Group wanted to radically simplify and digitize administrative tasks for guests and operators: The 63-room hotel would be operated with only 2.4 full-time positions (excluding cleaning staff). They had countless SaaS standard solutions in use, including Property Manager, digital keys, Channel Manager, and many more. But as a consequence, there was a lack of overview, control, and flexibility. Our challenge was to integrate all the tools into an end-to-end guest experience, as well as build a central cockpit and monitoring so SV Group could efficiently control, monitor, and evaluate all processes.
