CHALLENGE

RADICAL SIMPLIFICATION AND EFFICIENCY

SV Group wanted to radically simplify and digitize administrative tasks for guests and operators: The 63-room hotel would be operated with only 2.4 full-time positions (excluding cleaning staff). They had countless SaaS standard solutions in use, including Property Manager, digital keys, Channel Manager, and many more. But as a consequence, there was a lack of overview, control, and flexibility. Our challenge was to integrate all the tools into an end-to-end guest experience, as well as build a central cockpit and monitoring so SV Group could efficiently control, monitor, and evaluate all processes.

GUEST APP

Hotel guests manage their stay completely autonomously, digitally and conveniently on the Guest App: checking in, opening doors, consuming services, products and content, and checking out.

BACKOFFICE APP

Thanks to the back office app, hosts can actually work towards being good hosts rather than just being the organizers. The back office app shows who is arriving, departing, staying, and even how loyal a guest is. In short, it shows where each guest is in the digital process. The cleaning staff comes into action once a guest leaves. And as soon as the cleaning is complete, the app automatically assigns the room to the next guest.

MONITORING APP

With the Monitoring App, the hotel operator has an overview of all events within the guest journey. This makes it possible to solve potential problems before the guests even notice them. Read more about the implementation in our Engineering-Blog.
