Thanks to the new premium calculator, the organization has greatly improved and optimized the user journey as well as its options for running campaigns and generating leads.

CHALLENGE

CLOSING TRACKING GAPS AND SIMPLIFYING LEAD NURTURING

SWICA identified three problems with the existing calculator. First, the chatbot-like calculator wasn’t well received by the users. They complained about it requiring too many clicks to get to the prices. Then there were tracking gaps. It wasn’t always clear which sale was generated by which campaign. And finally, the lead nurturing process involved a lot of manual work. The challenge for the new insurance calculator was therefore not only providing a better user experience but also enabling clean and continuous tracking and semi-automated lead nurturing.
