In order for all moms in Serbia to have time to catch up the speed of all company and industry changes after maternity leave we arranged: First two weeks upon the return to work, the working engagement is to be 50%. Meaning working 4 hours a day to get back to the routine of getting ready for work and catching up. After those first two weeks, the next 10 weeks, the working engagement is to be 6 hours a day.
