Oyu encompasses an entire ecosystem of health offerings. In this regard, we were able to connect and configure numerous third-party systems:
• Vitabyte: We integrated Oyu with the patient software Vitabyte for data protection reasons. There was another reason for this integration: we wanted Oyu specialists to be able to work with a familiar system with known features.
• Shopify and Adyen: For the health shop, we integrated Shopify and configured the connection for Adyen (payment service provider). This system also functions on-site at the point of sale, which is particularly advantageous.
• Aleno and SimplyBook.me: To allow customers to reserve tables in the restaurant or book courses and group consultations, we connected the booking portals Aleno and SimplyBook.me to Oyu.
• Prismic: As a Headless CMS, we integrated Prismic to ensure the multilingualism of content on the app, especially.
In integrating various systems, our focus was on creating a consistently seamless and unified user experience. Services such as the restaurant, shop, and yoga classes can be booked without prior registration. This is what we call a continuously harmonious patient journey!
